Since 1950 the property has belonged to our family, transforming it with passion into a unique wine resort. With a careful renovation of this historic property that has now become a splendid country resort in Tuscany, Villa La Selva is a unique story told by five protagonist structures. The first is the heart of the property, the villa that dates back to the 1400s, Villa Altaserra. The stately residence that was once home to artists and aristocrats, overlooks its Italian-style gardens, its own personal pool and the most beautiful Tuscan views. THE WINERY HOUSE

The Winery House is a unique flat located in the centre of the estate. With a mix of Tuscan furnishings and modern design, it offers a cosy and refined space. Positioned between the picturesque Tramonto pool and the historic Villa Altaserra, this enchanting place combines the charm of a Tuscan holiday villa with the warmth of a homely atmosphere, welcoming up to nine guests.

THE COLONICA OLIVETO

Once the home of the farming families who lovingly guarded the property, today it is a tale of Tuscan tradition, skilfully restored to preserve intact the signs of the past. The four rooms, characterised by original materials such as wooden beams and terracotta floors, blend harmoniously into a cosy living room with an antique fireplace. The Colonica Oliveto is immersed in its own private garden of olive trees in which to relax and enjoy a slow pace of life, a timeless escape embedded between our italian villas for rent in Tuscany.

THE SUITES

Stone walls and a touch of romantic privacy mingle in two suites that have every comfort. Overlooking the vineyards and each with its own small private garden, the Selvamaggio Suite and the Merlo Rosso Suite are the two jewels of the estate.
